- Numbers permitting , there will be two Men's and two Women's brackets
- The goal is to have eight teams in each bracket, but NPRFC retains the right to change this depending on the enrollment numbers
- Due to lack of objective seeding , teams will be randomly assigned to brackets
- Where clubs enter more than one team, we will ensure that the second team is entered into a different bracket than the first team. If there are more than two teams, the first and third team wil be assigned to the same bracket.
- Clubs entering more that one team will be allowed a discount of $50 for each subsequent team. This discount is only available to clubs whose payment has been recieved by May29th.
- Interested college teams are invited to participate, but there will NOT be any College Brackets. College teams are invited to either enter the Men's or Women's brackets.
- Unfortunantly, due to space constraints, there will NOT be any High School brackets.
- Every effort will be made to schedule games such that the more distant teams are scheduled for a later kick-off. However, this is not a guarantee.
- Players are invited to attend the after game party, which will be held at the Hatfiled American Legion.
- All teams are guaranteed three games.
